BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Schertz,

2368A, R. C. S. of Texas, which notice to bidders appears in the

WHEREAS the bid of the Schertz Volunteer Fire Department in the

It is further ordered by this Council that the consideration
shall be paid by the issuance and delivery to lowest and best bidd-
