BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SCHERTA, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, by order entered by the City Council, of Scherta,
Texas, on the 22nd day of April, 1959, the acquisition of fire
engines, fire hose, and engine house, and other apparatus for the
extinquishment of fires and the payment for the same was authorized
by the issuance of City of Schertz, Warrants, Series of 1959, and
WHEREAS, The Schertz Volunteer Fire Department did make the
lowest and best bind to the City of Schertz, Texas, for the sale
of JJ'VO
feet of fire hose, one Fire Engine with equipment and
one engine house; and
WHEREAS, said items have now been purchased by theCity of
Scherta, Texas, at a total cost of $ ~~-~~ ~/
and;
WHEREAS, none of said items so purchased have been paid for
by the City of Schertz, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE
City Council of Schertz, Texas;
That there is now due to be paid to the said Schertz, Volunteer
Fire Department the sum of
