PEDDLERS ORDINANCE
ORD I NANCE NO. '1--'
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas;
SECTION 1. That ii~all hereafter be unlawful for any person
to peddle any kind of merchandise, patent medicine, nostrum, farm
grown products and other manufactured articles upon the streets,
alleys and public throughfares of Schertz, Texas.
SECTION 2. Any person who shall violate any provision of this
ordinance shall upon conviction be fined in a sum not less than One

($1.00) -..&and not more than Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordianance shall take effect after its
passage and adoption by the City Council and its approval by the
Mayor af the City of Schertz, Texas, and its publication as required~
