~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
1. That the City of Schertz, Texas, hereby pay a reward
of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the arrest and conviction
of any person or persons found guilty of committing the crime
of ARSON within the corporate limits of said City of Schertz,
Texas. This reward is a standing offer, and shall be paid out
of the general fund of the City of Schertz, Texas.
2. That the following notice be posted at such places
and in such manner as to secure a credit in Key Rate for fire
insurance, and such notice reading as follows:
ARSON REWARD
The City of Schertz, Texas, hereby offers a reward of
ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for the arrest and conviction of
any person or persons found guilty of committing the crime of
ARSON within the corporate limits of said City of Schertz, Texas.
This reward is a standing offer, and shall be paid out of the
general fund of the City of Schertz, Texas.
