After detennining that a quorum is present, the Board of Adjustment of the City of
Schertz, Texas will convene into a Regular Meeting on Monday February 25, 2008 at
6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Building #4, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz,
Texas at which the following items will be considered

To consider and act upon a variance an additional wall sign on the back of the
building for "Great Clips" located at 6018 FM 3009 Suite #108, Lot 6, Block 1,
Wal-Mart Subdivision.
Applicant: "Great Clips" being represented by George Blucher with Executive
