TRANSPORTATION SAFETY ADVISORY COMMISSION
MINUTES
April 3, 2008
The Transportation Safety Advisory Commission (TSAC) convened on April 3, 2008 at 5:30pm in
the Council Chambers Workshop Conference Room, 1400 Schertz Parkway Bldg 4, Schertz, Texas.
1. Call to order at 5:33 p.m.
Members present:

Steve Starr, Police Chief

Sam Willoughby, Public Works Director
Members not present:
Patricia Ramirez - Vice Chairman

2. Introduction of TSAC members
3. Hearing of residents.
Robert Brockman - Crosswalk at FM 3009 and Elbel out. Request made to check all
crosswalks on a monthly basis.
4. Approval of Minutes
Motion to Accept March minutes - Mary Spence
Second: Larry Franklin

5. Discussion and possible action regarding time of meeting. Change back to 6:30 pm or
leave at 5:30 pm.
Commission members discussed time change and agreed to keep the time at the current 5:30
pm.

6. City Council Update
Mr. Scagliola briefed commission members regarding city council's current issues.
