b. Report on Committee membership listing (Dean Weirtz)
c. Status of communication between Mayor Baldwin and Cyrille Laenger
(Riedissheim)
3. New Business:
a. Motion to proceed with the meeting and all future meetings using Robert's
Rules of Order as the administrative standard for meeting procedure.
b. Motion to place Schertz Tales news articles into Committee Scrap Book
c. Motion to accept By-Laws as presented for review at the February 21,
2008 meeting for future use by the Committee
d. Motion to open nominations for selection of Committee officers
