PSSOLUTION:
',iTH,'::lE\,S, the City of Schertz, Texas finds it necessary to
purcha se property for the location of a fire station and city hall
and that certain property situated wHhin the City of Schertz,
Texas, described in deed from W.E. Ebert to Richard Schertz, dated
Nov. 22, 1946, recorded in Vol. 222, page 602 of the Deed Records
of Guadalupe County, Texas is adequate for such purnoses:
B'; IT RESOLVED that the foregoing described tract of land
be purchAsed from Richard Schertz for a consideration of $1500.00 and
that the Ma,'or and Secretary execute the promissory note of the
City of Schertz, Texas, due and payable on Dec. 1, 1959 for such
per annUIR
amount together with i%/payable to the order of Richard Schertz and
deliver same in payment for such tract of land.
Motion by Alderman Elgin Beck , seconded by
Aleerman Walt.er A.Schert2that the foregoing resolution be adopted.
