WHEREAS, the Schertz-Cibele-Universal City Independent Scheel District has
requested water service fram the City ef Schertz fer a planned middle scheel; and
WHEREAS, censtructien en a new middle scheel will begin relatively seen east
ef the City sf Schertz and the requested water service will be needed at the time
ef beginning csnstructien; and
WHEREAS, the City sf Schertz recsgnizes the value sf participating in
cemmunity develspment; and
WHEREAS, the City ef Schertz can enter ints this censertium participatien with
the Schertz-Cibsls-Universal City Iadependent Schesl District, Edgar Vsn Scheele
and Cempany, and the Guadalupe Ceunty Water District ef Cibels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
