A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE ALAMO AREA COUNCIL
OF GOVERNMENTS TO PURCHASE RADIO
COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT FOR THE
CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz has been advised by the Alamo Area
Council of Governments that federal and state funding is available for
the cooperative purchase of radio communications equipment, and
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz may acquire this radio communications
equipment at a cost of $1,792.25 figured thusly:

The City's share is 25% or $1,792.25, and
WHEREAS, the cost of this equipment to the City of Schertz is
extremely low, and
WHEREAS, the equipment would greatly benefit the City of Schertz,
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, that:
The City of Schertz authorize the Alamo Area Council of Governments
to purchase radio communications equipment for the City .of Schertz, Texas,
and that the City of Schertz obligate $1,792.25 for its' share of the cost
of that equipment, to be paid out of the Fiscal Year 1975-76 Budget.
