A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ALL STREETS
WITHIN MOBILE VILLA ESTATES - UNIT 1,

WHEREAS, the City of Schertz has received a dedication
of Streets from San Tone, Inc. developers of Mobile Villa Estates:
and ..
WHEREAS, such streets lie within the city limits of
the City of Schertz: and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest and welfare of the City
of Schertz to accept ,such dedication, now thereupon.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
that
The dedication of streets and roads as reflected in a plat of
record in Volume 2, page 150, Map and Plat Records of Guadalupe
County, Texas; and as described in Attachment A, is hereby accepted
by the City of Schertz: and
WHEREAS, be it further resolved that the acceptance of
this dedication of streets, roads, alleys, lanes or drives, is for
the explicit use as publ ic easements and in no way should it be
miscon$trued to be the acceptance of currently existing utilities.
