RESOLUTION NO. 17-;<:- ICY
A RESOLUTION LIMITING THE TENURE
OF THE CITY AUDITOR TO THREE YEARS
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Schertz is desirous
of limiting the tenure of the City auditor; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Schertz feels that this
resolution is in the best interests of the City; and
WHEREAS, this resolution is independent of any reflection
of the present or any previous City auditors; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS: that
tenure of any City auditor be limited to three years.
