the parties:
1. The City does hereby agree to assume the [inancinl responsibility of
operation of the Community Center and further agrees to provide (a) competent staff

and supervision to carry out a program of recreational and social activities neceS-
sary to serve the Community Centcr; (b) to furnish sufficient materia1.s and suppli1?~

as may be necessary to carry out the progruffi anq#to be solely responsible fur the
care ar~~ maintenance of all equipment and furnishings of the Cmmauoity Center'; (c)

Fifty Thousand and One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($50/100,000) Owner-Landlord and

necessary to the opera tion of the Community Center.
In the event the City shall fail, neglect or refuse to perform its obligation
and breach the conditions herein provided to the extent tbat the tenants of the
Project shall be deprived of the use J benefit and enjoyment of the services and
facilities which they have agreed to furnish and operate, the Clty agrees tha t th~~
Local Authori ty m.J.Y op\~rate the faei lity.
