BE IT RESOLVED BY City Council of Schertz, Texas That Robert C.
Bueker, City Administrator, be and he is hereby authorized to execute
for and in behalf of Schertz, Texas, a public entity established under
the laws of the State of Texas, this application and to file it in the
appropriate State offiee for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal
financial assistanee under the Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 606,
9lst Congress).
