RESOLUTION NO. 74-R-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A TRACT OF
LAND BEING APPROXIMATELY 19.81 ACRES OUT OF THE GENOBERA
MALPEZ SURVEY NO. 67, GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEXAS; SAID PLAN
BEING IDENTIFIED AS "VILLAGE TOWNHOMES"; BEING LOCATED
EAST OF LIVE OAK ROAD AND ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-
WAY LINE OF ELBEL ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of March 19, 1974,
finds that the approval of the development plan for the use intended will
allow for orderly development in accordance with the City's Comprehensive
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the intended use of the property is in the best interest
of the health, welfare and convenience of the Community.
