A RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS
CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT PROGRAM
MONIES IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY
SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($536,500).
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Municipal Complex; and
WHEREAS, the Local Public Works Capital Development and
Investment Program under the Economic Development Administration offers
a grant to the City of Schertz, Texas, not to exceed $536,500 dollars
for a Municipal Complex; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
That the City of Schertz, Texas accepts the Federal Grant of $536,500
dollars for the construction of a new Municipal Complex.
