A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
ESTABLISHING THE CHOICE OF HAVING ALL THE CITY'S
TAXABLE PROPERTY APPRAISED BY GUADALUPE COUNTY
APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, The City of Schertz, Texas, is a multi-county
taxing unit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council understands that a multi-
county taxing unit may choose to have all its taxable property appraised
by only one district, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT the City of Schertz chooses the Guadalupe County
Appraisal District as the City's taxing boundry.
