A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,. TEXAS,
DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPERS FOR FISCAL YEAR
1982-83.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 78-M~22 requires the City Council, by
Resolution, at the beginning of each fiscal year, to designate a public
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Schertz as the official
newspaper; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to designate the Herald-
News and the Seguin Gazette
for tHe 1982~1983 fiscal year for
publication of all official legal notices, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS;
THAT, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas, hereby
designates
THE HERALD-NEWS and the SEGUIN GAZETTE
as the official newspapers for the fiscal year 1982-83 for publication
of all official legal notices.
