RESOLUTION NO. 'il3 -12-7
A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE AUTOMATIC RATE INCREASE FROM ENTEX.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 83~R-6 to
suspend the acceptance of an automatic rate increase and requiring that
proof be shown to support the need for such an increase; and
WHEREAS, An Entex representative did appear before the City
Council with the requested documentation; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT approval of the rate adjustment is not given, however:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT after careful review of the presented documentation, the
City Council accepts the rate increase.
