1983R12- PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MINUTE ORDER RESOLUTION NO. 5? :3 - ~ - / ?- A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS OF STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MINUTE ORDER WHEREAS, in Guadalupe County, the City of Schertz has requested assistance in reconstruction and widening on Live Oak Road from Farm to Market Road 3009. West and South to Pecan Avenue, a distance of approxi- mately 1.2 miles; and WHEREAS, it is anticipated that Live Oak Road will be included in the Urban System; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation to assist the City of Schertz in such work; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS: THAT the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 81169-00121, passed by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation on August 25. 1983, for the improvement by the State Department of Highways and Public Trans- portation of the street or streets described below: Live Oak Road from Farm to Market Road 3009, West and South to Pecan Drive, a distance of approxi- mately 1.2 miles. Sharpe that the City Council of the City of Schertz accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 81169-00121 passed by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation on August 25, 1983, for the improvement by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the street or streets described below: Live Oak Road from Farm to Market Road 3009, West and South to Pecan Avenue, a distance of approximately 1.2 miles.
