A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A PIPE LINE
LICENSE BETWEEN THE CITY AND MISSOURI PACIFIC
I; RAILROAD COMPANY
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas desires
to enter into an agreement for a pipe line license with the Missouri
Pacific Railroad Company, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT Mayor Earl W. Sawyer is hereby authorized to execute a
Pipe Line License agreement covering the installation, keep, maintenance,
repair, renewal and use for conveying potable water; the Licensee's own
one certain proposed continuous line of ductile iron pipe, 18 inches in
diameter, and appurtenances, including 30 inch steel casing pipe, 30 feet
long, herein called Pipe Line, on the Carrier's property, Pipe Line will
be used to transport potable water, Pipe Line shall intersect Carrier's
existing track, at mile post 238,9, ECS 12715+66, Comal, Texas, near Bracken.
