A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS ADOPTING A REVISED SET OF PERSONNEL
POLICIES IN THE FORM OF A PERSONNEL MANUAL
WHEREAS, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) has been
revised and there is a need to incorporate these revisions into the City
of Schertz Personnel Policy Manual; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT the attached "Personnel Policy Manual ",as revised,
July 1, 1985, is hereafter declared to be the official set of personnel
policies or rules for City employees, to be effective upon passage of
. this resolution.
