A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, STATING THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ HAS NO PLANS TO ANNEX SOUTH OF
INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 10.
,
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz, Texas, intends to
establish boundary lines of the city limits and extraterritorial
jurisdiction; and
WHEREAS, in order to make these plans known;
NOW THEREFOR,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:

THAT the City of Schertz has no plans or desi res to
extend their boundary lines south of Interstate Highway 10.
