A RESOLUTION
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LAND FOR
DRAINAGE RIGHT OF WAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Schertz,
Texas, has determined that it is necessary to construct drainage
improvements to alleviate flooding; and

Herrera Survey, Guadalupe County, Texas. The cost of purchase
not to exceed $3500, plus closing costs.
