BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS
APPLYING FOR A FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRTION (FHA)
GFlANT/LOAN AND AGREEING TO THE UNDERSTANDING AND
ASSURANCE COJ\{TAINEO IN THE APPLICATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Schertz has identified an urgent
need for water service to famil ies without water, to furnish
sufficient water pressure and 1 ines to insure adequate fire
protection along with the capability to provide for future
gr-owth; and
WHEREAS, the pr'oposed
expansion is partially situated
to the Randolph Air Force Base
