BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEl
AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (U
ORDINANCE NO. 96-S-28 BY REZONING APPROXlMAT
41.97 ACRES OUT OF GUADALUPE COUNTY ~
REFLECTING SUCH CHANGES ON CERTAIN ZON
MAPS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHERTZ IJ
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHE
TEXAS;
THAT, UDC Ordinance No. 96-S-28 of the City of Schertz, Texas is !'
amended in the following manner:
SECTION I
"Rezone 9.47 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas,
being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached
and made a part hereof, from General Business (GB) to
Garden Home District (R-5); and
Rezone 18.26 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas,
being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached
and made a part hereof, from General Business (GB) to
Single-Family Dwelling District (R-2); and
Rezone 14.24 acres of land out of Guadalupe County, Texas.
being more particularly described in the Field Notes attached
and made a part hereof, from Single-Family Dwelling District
(R-2) to Garden Home District (R-5)."
SECTION 2
THAT, The Zoning District Maps described and referred to in Article I
5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of the City of Schertz Udc Ordinance 96-S-28 shall b
to reflect the above amendments.
