1. Call to Order/Roll Call
Chairman Hartzog called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
2. Approval of the Minutes: Consider and take action on approval of the March 8, 2004
minutes from the Board of Adjustment meeting.
Following review, Ms. Brown moved to approve the minutes of the March 8,2004 Board of
Adjustment meeting upon corrections. Mr. Potempa seconded the motion. Vote unanimous.
Motion carried.
3. Public Hearing Comments from Citizens
There were no comments from citizens.
4. Discuss and Take Appropriate Action: Request for a variance to encroach 5-feet into 10-
foot minimum separation requirement between the main building and an in-ground pool
at 2449 Woodbridge Way. Applicant: Richard Wiseman. BOA2004-02
Mr. Duigon made a motion to approve Mr. Wiseman to encroach 5-feet into 10-foot minimum
separation requirement between the main building and an in-ground pool at 2449 Woodbridge
Way.
Ms. Brown seconded the motion. Vote unanimous. Motion carried.

5. Discuss and Take Appropriate Action: Request for a variance to encroach 16-inches into
the front 25-foot building setback at 3921 Arroyo Del Sol. Applicant: Shawn Elahee.

Ms. Brown made a motion to approve Mr. Elahee to encroach 16-inches into the front 25-front
building setback at 3921 Arroyo Del Sol.
Mr. Duigon seconded the motion. Vote unanimous. Motion carried.
6. Staff Comments:
Mr. Truitt updated the Board on the permitting of the Legacy Oaks apartment complex, G. D.
Bar strip mall, and Wal-Mart shopping center.
7. Adjournment
There being no further business, Chairman Hartzog adjourned the meeting at 7:00 P.M.
