She wants Mr.. Sweatt's approval before notifying the various groups clamoring for use of the room after library hours. She will brief the board on the policy at the July meeting before going public with it. the Alamo Library has not retained a director" whj ch means we still have the land grant document. - the displa~ rack for books on tape has arrived and will be set out when she has more.book~n tape ready. - the bouple with the objection to one of the videos has not returned their complaint form. the summer reading club starts this Wednesday; first speaker is Martin Holf from Cibolo to speak on sky diving. she attended a good i-lOrkshop on personnel relations at the UC Library. she will order new trustee manuals from the state. Building: ~ man from community restitution will paint the bathrooms? hallway, & meeting room Nargaret recommended the committee look into remodeling the main entrance.
