The LAB met in regular session on Monday, August 10, 1992.

- she has an appointment with Mr. ~{ilkens tomorrow to discuss logo ideas he'll be
bringing.
- she sent a letter to Mr. Sweatt about the meeting room policy. He corrected a
few 1.-lOrds and approyed it. She will be sending the letters' to the various organ-
izations. The ~olicy goes into effect Oct. lst and includes the statement that
the meeting room is to be used only when the library is open. Mr. Gerald
. Garrison of the Genealogy Society wants to meet with the bard about an exception
for their group.
- she \vill continue to check \vith the Alamo Library to see if they've hired a
director and can discuss our land grant document.

will be moving to Schertz on Sept 1st. We need tofbe looking for a county
