LAB 11-04-1991 LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD MINUTES The LAB met in regular session on Monday, November 4, 1991. Members present: Gerald Thurman, Chairman Margaret Riley, Vice Chair Ruth Tienor, Secretary Julie Parr, Treasurer Richard Cervantes The minutes were presented. seconded. Motion carried. not The treasurer's report was presented because the city clerk had no information for Julie since the end of the fiscal year was too close to this meeting. Julie did deposit $163.68 profit from the book store. LIBRARIAN'S REPORT Mary McAlister Sylvia Marbach Gail Douglas, Librarian Barbara Stanhope, City Council Rep Julie moved they be accepted.
