LAB 12-02-1991 LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD MINUTES The LAB met in regular session on Monday, December 2, 19~1. Members present: Gerald Thurman, Chairman Margaret Riley, Vice Chair Ruth Tienor, Secretary Julie Parr,3TJ:easurer David Arneson The minutes vere presented. seconded. Motion carried. The treasurer's report va~~~resented. because the city books are still in an end of the fiscal ,year state of confusion. Julie did deposit a November bookstore profit of $133.23. She sent a registered letter to him Nov. 15th. The money vas due the 20th. It vas not paid and the matter was turned over to Mr. Sveatt. she rewrote the meeting room policy. Mary moved we accept the corrected policy; Julie seconded; motion carried. It goes to Mr. Sweatt and the city attorney. OLD BUSINESS Gail will take any excess books, clothing from lost & found, and any other items we might have to the nev Day Care Center in dowtow San Antonio. NEW BUSINESS - Nominating Committee report : all 1991 board members will continue on"'the board and all 1991 officers will fill the same positions in 1992.
