David advised that we needed to have a work day before the last week of the month when the carpeting is coming in. He advised that we r,eeded a little ceilirlg work dorle, some clean-up wc.t'k done, and some painting. David suggested that we have a work day on Saturday, January 27, 1990, at 8:00 A. M. Gail reported that the library had been scheduled to be closed on January 15 - 22 so that the carpeting could be installed. A-I Carp~t World was unable to get the carpeting shipped out until January 19. She further advised that we are booked for someone to do the KENS Time to Care spot on February 6, 1990, at 8:20 A.M. The slot is for 45 seconds and will be shown on February 15. Margaret said she would try to get someone to do it. Connie also reported that the posters were ready.
