Note: The number of telephone calls is a new statistic as
of last month's report. It is an important statistic because
it indicates another type of library service given by the
Schertz Library to its patrons. The large increase in this
report over last month's report is due to an error on my
part. I failed to multiply last month's weekly survey total
by 4.33 to get my monthly estimated total. Therefore the
Feb. report should have 571 as the total # of telephone
