The minutes for the June meeting were read and approved after a correction was
made to the treasurer's report. The motion to approve the minutes was made by
Margaret and seconded by Ruth.
No treasurer's report was available.
Gail reported that she needs $980.00 from the board to cover the purchase of a
computer,
After reviewing the proposed Internet Policy, the LAB agreed to accept it. A copy
of the policy will be given to the city council for its approval. Margaret made the
motion that the policy be reviewed at the end of the year. Pattie seconded the
motion. The motion passed.
The motion to adjourn was made by Ruth and seconded by Margaret. The
motion to adjourn passed. The next LAB meeting will be on Monday, August 3,
1998 at 7:00 p.m.
