The $1,300 to take the course was paid for by the state, and Gail could be certified if she takes the required test. New DSL monitors have been installed and have been constantly in use. There have been a few problems, such as the fax machine not working, but things are going well. - Gail will attend a workshop for the Gates grant on October 5. She will wait until after October 1 to buy furniture because the grant money cannot be used. Tony will help with the setup of the new computers when they arrive. Gail will advertise for a children's librarian after January 1,2001. The storeroom needs to be cleaned out to make room for all unused computer equipment. This will make inventory easier. She did not request for more help on this budget, but may do so next year. . The motion to adjourn was made by Ruth and seconded by Julie.
