City Council has approved the appointment of Tom Yarling as a member of the Commission. e ITEM # 3 A correction plat is required to add utility easements for street lights. ITEM #4 Neil Fisher has asked for a final on Horseshoe Oaks Unit 2B. Ed Ford has the construction plan and should have his OK before the meeting. ITEM #5 Neil Pisher ~ Preliminary Plat on Unit 2C. Need to take a closer look at these lot sizes. The Subdivision Ordinance re- quires 5,000 sq. feet, I got the impression at the last meeting larger lots were required. .Unit 2C should have the park area being platted. Is the developer going to put in the pool, park- ing and tennis court. Is ttgoing to be dedicated to the City orwho will retain ownership. Willthe entrance of the park han- dl~ a 30 MPH tpeed on Woodland Oak Drive. If this park belongs to the Home Owners Association how will it be financed and main- tained. Look at this area as if you were buyt~g a home in the area. ITEr1 #7 Gene Hooker - will be asking for a zoning change for Townhomes in the area along IH 35 fronting of Northcliffe on the eastside of Cou~try Club Blvd. Look at the depth of this land will lots back':'up tolH 35 and check kind of Duffer zone to be provided from IH 35. Need t06btatn access to toe access road from the Highway Department. There is also question on the dedication of road between the Townhomes. ITEM #8 Rick Dodd - Chaparral Energy Corp. is requesting a zoning change for 41 acres located along IH 35 in the area presently known as the El Rancho Mobile Home in the front. The request will be for HI zoning, with a specific use to permit mobile homes until the area can be developed as MI. This is in the area where we would like Live Oak Road to enter IH 35. Ed Ford has the constructiol'J plan and hopefully will be read in time for the meeting. Mr. Eichstadt will be at a meeting in North- cltffe (GUADCO MUD 1) to get permission for waste water treatment. IT6M #12 Attached is Mr. Willman's input on this item. I think we should try and make these changes before we approve the zoning changes coming up. ITEM #13 GENERAL DISCUSSION: No meeting December 27. Plan a Joint Public Hearing on the January 3rd for the zoing changes piling up.
