01-17-1984 tit e e PLANNING AND ZONING MINTUES The Schertz Planning and Zoning convened in a Joint Public Hearing with City Council on Tuesday, January 17, 1984 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Complex Council Chambers, 1400 Live Oak Road. Adolph Aguilar Ken Greenwald t1Er1BERS ABSENT Cam Beauchemin, Vice-Chairman Tom Yarling, Secretary CITY STAFF Earl Hartzog) Planning & Zoning Coordinator June Krause, City Secretary #1 CALL TO ORDER Mayor Sawyer called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and turned the meeting over to the Planning and Zoning Chairman John Linebarger to conduct the Public Hearing. #2 . Public Hearing: Zoning Change No. 51 Receive input fro~ the publit for rezoning of approximately 41 acres of land from Mobile Home District (MH) and Single Family Dwelling District (R-l) to General Business (GB). The minutes for this public hearing is a duplication of the City Council Minutes. #3 General Discussion: There was none #4 Adjournment of Public Hearing: Chairman Linebarger turned the meeting back over to the Mayor, who adjourned the Public Hearing at 7:12 PM. The Planning and Zoning Commission reconven~ed in a special session upon completion of the Joint Public Hearing in the Municipal Complex Conference Room. #1 CALL TO ORDER Chairman Linebarger called the meeting to order at 7:21 Pt1. e #2 Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting January 10)1984 Bob Andrews made a motion to accept minutes) the motion was $econd by Lee Boswell and the vote was unanimous in favor. #3 Consider and Make Recommendation: Zoning Change No. 51 After a short discussion Bob Andrews made a motion to approve the General Business Zoning and proposed specific use permit for a temporary Mobile Home Park which is not transferrable from the Chaparral Energy Corporation and expires Mar. 31,1987. Lee Boswell second the motion and the vote was unanimous in favor. #4 General Discussion: Earl Hartzog advised thecommi~si6n that there was nothing important for the Agenda for next week and recommend the meeting be cancelled. After a short discussion the members agreed to cancel the meeting. Ray Stanhope advised the-co~missionthat he would be going to school for about a month and would not be able to attend any meeting until March. #5 Adjournment: e Chairman Linebarger adjourned the meeting at 7:22 PM. e
