Planning and Zoning Minutes
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Schertz convened in regular
session, Tuesday, January 9, 1979, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Complex, in
meeting room #2, 1400 Live Oak Road.. The following members were present:

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Aguilar at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose
of conducting it's regular business.

READING OF MINUTES
The minutes of December 12, 1978, were read, John Linebarger made a motion to
accept the minutes with the correction of the time of adjournment from 7:00 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m. Motion was seconded by Charles Sharp all members wer in favor, motion
carried.
REVIEW OF PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE
The Zoning Commission then reviewed the Zoning Ordinance and completed the Ord-
inances up to and including Article XIX Section 3.3. The next to be reviewed will
start XIX Section 4. This concluded review of ordinances for this meeting.

GENERAL DISCUSSION
Under General Discussion, the Commission then noted the Resolution No. 79-R-2
which dealt with membership pertaining to Boards, Commissions, and Committies.
The Attendance Roster of the Planning and Zoning Commission was also noted.
Both items were discussed at great length. Chairman Aguilar ordered that the
Resolution be mailed to each member not present.
Mayor Bueker came in to the meeting at this point and discussed ZC-20 which
was not approved by the Council after it had been approved by the Zoning
Commission December 12, 1978.
#5 ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business Charles Sharp made a motion to adjourn, Motion
seconded by Jack Stomackin. All members approved Motion Carried.
