CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chairman Aguilar
at 7:00 p.m.

READING OF MINUTES - The minutes of March 13, 1979 were read. A
motion was made by Mr. Linebarger to accept the ammended minutes
showing the corrected date of March 13, 1979 instead of March 31, 1979.
This motibn was seconded by Mr. Stanhope. Motion carried unanimous.
INTRODUCTION TO A NEW MEMBER - Mr. Merwin G. Willman was introduced
as a new member to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
REVIEW PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE - The Commission then reviewed
ordinances up to Article XXI.

GENERAL DISCUSSION - There was a brief discussion and Mr. Hill informed
the commission that a New City Engineer would be present at the next
meeting.

ADJOURNMENT - Mr. Linebarger made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Motion seconded by Mr. Sharp. Motion carried unanimous. Chairman
Aguilar then declared the meeting closed at 9:15 p.m.
