PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES
The Planning and, Zoning Commission of the City of Scnertz convened in
Regular Session, Tuesday, November 25, 1980, at 7:00 PM, in the
Municipal Conference Room, 1400 Live Oak Road: The following members
were present:
MEMBERS PRESENT:

Fred Martin- Secretary
Ray Stanhope
Kenneth Greenwald

CITY STAFF:
Ray Upton- City Inspector
Glynn Stanhope- Adm. Assistant
MEMBERS ABSENT:
John Linebarger- Vice Chairman

#1 CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Aguilar called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
#2 READING OF MINUTES
Mr. Stanhope made a motion the minutes be accepted as written.
Mr. Willman seconded the motion. The motion was carried
unanimously.
#3 CONSIDERATION AND RECOMMENDATION OF ZC-27
Mr. Willman made a motion for the rezoning from PD to M-1.
Mr. Greenwald seconded the motion and it was voted for
unanimously.
#4 CONSIDERATION AND RECOMMENDATION OF ZC-28
Mr. Greenwald made a motion for the rezoning from PD to M-l.
Mr. Willman seconded the motion and it was voted for
unanimously. .
#5 STAFF BRIEFING
Ray Upton briefed that he was still attempting to identify owners
of the land where the old houses are being put on Schaefer Road
and to see if the City could do anything about it.
#6 GENERAL DISCUSSION
There was discussion on the Factory Outlet Mall (ZC-29). Chairman
Aguilar made the comment that the matter is closed without a

recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Stanhoper
felt it was not too fair to the Planning and Zoning Commission~d .1 ~7fa
