February 22, 1978
The Planning and Zoning Commission convened in Regular Session Wednesday,
February 22, 1978, at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building Conference Room,
1400 Live Oak Road with the following present:

#1 CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by the Chairman
Adolph Aguilar at 7:00 P.M. with 6 members present,
listed above.
#'Z APPROVAL OF MINTES: Minutes of February 8 were read by each
member and no corrections needed. The motion to approve minutes as
read was made by Mr. Charles Sharp seconded by Mr. John Linebarger. Vote
was unanimous.
Minutes of the 25th of January 1978, were then brought up. Page one Item
3 was approved, Section 1 & 2 needed clarification as amended. After
amended, the motion to approve was made by Mr. John Linebarger and seconded
by Mrs. Betty Wise/
#3 HEARING OF RESIDENTS: No residents heard.
#4 GENERAL DISCUSSION: City Manager was then introduced by Chairman.
Mr. Hill had a few words and pledged support. Applications for the
Membership for the Planning and Zoning Commission were then read. They
Were John Marquette. 912 Fawn Dr. Schertz, David F. Allen 1300 Colony
Dr. Schertz. After much discussion John W. Marquette was selected to the
Planning and Zoning Commission. A motion of recommendation to City Co-until
will be pn the P & Z agenda for-the Marsh 8 meeting.
