The Pl. ng and Zoning Commission convened in Regular Session Wed-
nesday, ay ~ 1978 at 7: 00 p.m. in the tiunicipal Complex Conference
Room, 1400 Live Oak Road. The following members were present:

#1 CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Aguilar,
at 7:00 p.m.
#2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of April 26 were read and approved as read. John
Marquette made motion to approve and was seconded by Betty Wise.
All members were in favor.
#3 PC-17 NORTHCLIFFE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES UNIT #3
Following discussion of the plat, John Marquette made motion to
approve the plat. Betty Wise seconded and vote was unanimously
in favor.
#4 PC-23 NORTHCLIFFE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES SECTION #2
There was discussion on Vacating and Replatting Plat Preliminary/
Final Plat Review. Jack Stomackin made a motion to approve, John
Marquette seconded, all were in favor. The motion carried unani-
mously. \
#5 PC-24 NORTHCLIFFE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES SECTION #1
After discussion on Vacating and Replatting Plat Preliminary/
Final Plat Review, John Marquette made motion to approve as pre-
sented. It was seconded by Jack Stomackin, all were in favor,
and the motion carried unanimously.

John Marquette made a mo~ion to adjourn, Betty Wise seconded, all
were in favor. The meeting closed at 9:40 p.m.
