PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES
The Plannong and Zoning Commission of the City of Schertz Convened in
Regular Session Tuesday, October, 10, 1978 p.m. in the Municipal Com-
plex Conference Room, 1400 Live Oak Road. The following Members were
present:

#1 CALL TO ORDER
The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Aguilar at 7:00 p.m.

READING OF MINUTES

The minutes of September 26, 1978 meeting were then read, there
being no further additions or correction, the motion to approve
the minutes was made by John Marquette and seconded by Charles
Sharp. All were in favor motion carried unanimously.

REVIEW PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE
The only business of the day was to Review proposed Ordin~nces.
Article XVII thru Article XVIII.
#4 GENERAL DISCUSSION
Under General Discussion, the Chairman requested that the proposed
zoning including Article XVII be submitted to City Council for
their review.

Meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
