PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES
The Planning,and Zoning Commission of the City of Schertz convened
in special session Wednesday, November, I, 1978, in the municipal
complex, 1400 Live Oak Road., The following members were present:

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by chairman Aguilar at 7:00 p.m.

READING OF MINUTES
Minutes of October 24, 1978 meeting be presented at the
November 14, meeting.

RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL ON ZC 18
Mr. Sharp that he would abstain from commenting and voting
on,this case.
Mr. Aguilar asked the commission for any other comments or
questions concerning case ZC 18 to the City Council. The
motion was seconded by Mrs. Wise. The vote was as follows:

#4 GENERAL DISCUSSION
Chairman Aguilar requested that the City staff investigate
the possibility and legality of making new buildings a~d
buildings that have been moved to a new location meet some
type of neighborhood conformity standard.
