PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES
The Planning and Zoning Commission ~f the City of Schertz convened in
Regular Session on Tuesday, February 9, 1982, at 7:00 PM, in the Main
Entrance Way of the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak Road. Members
present were as follows:

#1 CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Linebarger calle? the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
#2 READING OF HINUTES: Public Hearing and Special Session, February 2, 1982
and Regular Session on January 26, 1982
Kenneth Greenwald made a motion that the Public Hearing minutes be changed
to reflect that the Public Hearing ended at 7:10 PM; Lee Boswell seconded
the motion and the remainder of the minutes for the two meetings were
unanimously approved.
#3 STAFF BRIEFING
Tom Brooks advised that the City was in a total electric power outage due to
an aircraft accident in the vicinity and that power would be out for several
hours.
#4 GENERAL DISCUSSION
Therewere no items for discussion. Since that meeting was being conducted
under emergency lighting conditions, it was recommended the meeting be
adjourned.
#5 ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Linebarger adjourned the meeting at 7:02 PM.
