PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES
The Pl anni ng and Zoni ng Commi ss ion of the City of Schertz convened in
Regular Session on Tuesday, April 27, 1982, in the Conference Room of
the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak Road. Members present were as

CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Linebarger called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Chairman
Linebarger introduced Cam Beauchemin as the new member to the Planning
and Zoning Commission and gave him a synopsis of the activities of the
P&Z and the responsibilities of the members.
#2 READING OF MINUTES: Regular Session, April 13, 1982
Lee Boswell made amotion to accept the minutes of April 13, 1982.
Merwin Willman seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous in favor.
#3 ZONING ORDINANCE REVIEW: Review at least Article XVI through XIX of
the Zoning Ordinance for possible revision.
Article XVI through Section 3.2 of Article XIX were reviewed with
minor corrections recommended. Those recommendations are reflected in
the review copy of the Zoning Ordinance and will be compiled upon com-
pletion of the review.
#4 STAFF BRIEFING
Tom Brooks had no specific items for discussion. He did remind the
members that there will be a Public Zoning Hearing on May 18, 1982.
#5 GENERAL DISCUSSION
There was none.
