PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES
The Planning and Zoning Commission convened in Regular Session on Tuesday,
June 8, 1982, at 7:00 PM, in the Conference Room of the Municipal Complex,
1400 Live Oak Road. Members present were as follows:

#1 CALL TO ORDER
Chairma~ Linebarger called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
#2 READING OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting
May 25, 1982
Ray Stanhope made a motion to approve the minutes as presented, Lee
Boswell seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous in favor.
#3 CONSIDER AND RENDER A RULING ON A REQUEST FOR A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT:
Submitted by ~1rs. Matil daL. Torres
Mrs. Torres was not present at the meeting to consider her request for a
home occupation permit. Her application was reviewed and discussed. After
considerable discussion, Merwin Willman made a motion to disapprove the
request of Mrs. Torres because her request violated Section 4.1 and 4.3
of the Home Occupation Ordinance, Ordinance No. 82-S-10. ,Ken Greenwald
seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous to disapprove the request
for a Home Occupation Permit submitted by Mrs. Torres.
#4 ZONING ORDINANCE REVIEW: Continue review of Appendix A of the Zoning
Ordinance for possible revision
Several recommended changes were proposed for the Appendix A. Those
recommendations are reflected in'the review copy of the Zoning Ordinance
and will be compiled upon completion of the review.

There was no specific information provided.
#6 GENERAL DISCUSSION
The Planning and Zoning Commission agreed that unless there was specific
reason to cnduct a meeting on June 22, 1982, that meeting would be
cancelled.
#7 ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Linebarger adjourned the meeting at 8:00 PM.
