PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES

The Schertz Planning and Zoning Commission convened in Regular Session
on Tuesday, October 26, 1982, at 7:00 PM, in the Conference Room of
the Municipal Complex, 1400 Live Oak Road. Members present were as

#1 CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Linebarger called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
#2 READING OF MINUTES: Meeting of October 12, 1982
Cam Beauchemin made a motion to approve the minutes. ~erwin Willman
seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous in favor.
#3 CONSIDER FOR PRELIMINARY OR FINAL PLAT REVIEW: Coastal Equities, Inc.

Mr. Steve Hogan and Ken Reed were present representing Coastal Equities,
Inc. Ed Ford, the City Engineer, was present to answer questions con-
cerning the plat. Ed Ford advised the Coastal Equities, Inc.
representatives of certain requirements that were needed to complete the
plat. He also presented Coastal Equities representatives with a written
list of the requirements. Lee Boswell made a motion to approve the plat
as a preliminary plat, contingent upon completing the requirements pro-
vided by the City Engineer. Cam Beauchemin seconded the motion and the
vote was unanimous in favor.

There was none.
