t/The Planning and Zoning Commission convened in Special Session Wednesday,
ff....... November 30, 1977 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building Conference Roon,
/ 1400 Live Oak Road with the following present:

Adolph Aguilar, Chairman
John Linebarger, Vice Chairman
Betty Wise, Secretary
Ray Stanhope
Charles Sharp
#1 CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Aguilar called the meeting to order at
7:00 P.M.
Bob Jacobson, City Inspector
#2 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Mr. John Linebarger made a motion to approve
the minutes of November 9, 1977 meeting.
This motion was seconded by Mr. Ray Stanhope. The CommissiQn approved this
motion unanimously.
#3 HEARING OF RESIDENTS: There were no residents wishing to be heard
at this time.

#4 APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMMISSION MEMBER - Jack Stomackin
Chairman Aguilar briefed Mr. Stomackin on the duties and responsibilities
of a Commission member. Then Chairman Aguilar proceeded to read Mr. Stomackinls
resume. With this completed Chairman Aguilar opened a question and answer
session in order to familiarize the Commission with Mr. Stomackin.
In concluding the question and answer session, Mr. Ray Stanhope made a motion
to accept Mr. Jack Stomackin as a member of the Plannin~ and Zoning Commission.
Mr. John Linebarger seconded this motion. All members were in favor of this
motion.
#5 GENERAL DISCUSSION: None
#6 ADJOURNMENT: at 7:30 P.M
With the meeting at an end, Mr. Bob Jacobson conducted the Plannind and
Zoning Commission in a guided tour of the new Municipal Complex Building.
