ORDINANCE NO. 08-8-07
AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS AMENDING ARTICLE m OF THE UNIFIED
DEVEWPMENT CODE (UDC) ORDINANCE 96-S-28 BY UPDATING
AND REVISING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR ALL
PROPERTIES WCATED IN BEXAR COUNTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
SCHERTZ, TEXAS AND ADOPTING SAID ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS:
THAT, the official zoning map of the City of Schertz as referenced in Article III of the City's
Unified Development Code, Ordinance No. 96-S-28, of the City of Schertz, Texas is hereby
amended in the following manner.
SECTION I
THAT, the official zoning map of the City of Schertz is updated and revised to reflect changes in
the zoning classification of certain parcels or portions thereof for property located in Bexar
County within the City of Schertz Texas, more particularly described in the Proposed Zoning
Map as attached in "Exhibit A".
SECTION n
THAT, this Ordinance shall be effective from and after its final passage and any publication
required by the City of Schertz.
SECTION III
THAT all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
